How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your order. Please reach out to help@pseudolabs.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest. Please note return labels issued are only valid for 7 days. 

I can’t find my return slip.
Don’t worry! Pseudo Lab packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to help@pseudolabs.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

What’s your return policy?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or items discounted 20% or more cannot be refunded. All returns must be processed within 15 days of receiving the order. Order # must be provided to place a return. Shipping labels will not be refunded. 

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Email us at help@pseudolabs.com and we'll help you place the return. 

Replacement orders for defective items and lost orders without Route insurance will negate your ability to return your order.

My order says it was delivered but I can't find it?
All orders purchased with Route protection can file a claim for missing or damaged orders here. All other orders purchased without Route can file a claim with USPS here

How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered please contact us at help@pseudolabs.com and we’ll be sure to get you the correct products.
