Executive Assistant Job Description
Must live near or in Miami or be willing to relocate
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within particular field.
Job functions:
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders when necessary
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Managing vendor relations and placing orders
Running returns and orders
Writing emails and SMS messages for weekly promotions
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure solution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Advise on company information
Act as the company gatekeeper

Familiar with Email and SMS systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
